KK Animal Nutrition serves the markets outside of Europe and is a major manufacturer and supplier of animal feed ingredients (feed phosphates, feed-grade urea, molasses byproduct powder and feed-grade sulphur) which are sold to the animal feed industry both locally and internationally.
The production units, situated at Umbogintwini, manufacture mono-dicalcium phosphates, ruminant mineral lick concentrates as well as dried molasses byproducts. The high quality phosphate rock deposits found in South Africa enable KK Animal Nutrition to manufacture feed phosphates of the highest quality.
KK Animal Nutrition is also the main supplier of feed-grade urea to the Southern African feed industry. The company is actively involved in research and development programmes to improve and expand its product range to meet the changing demands of the market.
